I'm starting my blog with the intention to share my insights and inspiration about holistic life, starting with my trip to Abaidania in Brazil, visiting a miracle healer John of God.

Sunday morning there is a singing to the Casa. I can't wait to go there. Last time we sung there It was so beautiful that I cryied from gratitude💗💞
Sometimes, especially before the full moon, the things stir up. No matter how good your intentions may be, someone might get upset. Then your mind gets infected by the arrows of these thoughts and your peace is gone. In those moments I usually think about, what someone that I consider much more evolved would do. The answer is always love . You do not add oil to the fire, you add love , you pray and you observe. See what is your lesson there and what you can do to change things. Visualise the pink bubble , going around the person, situation and yourself. We all see the world through our pink glasses and might think we are better or worse then other. But at the end of the day, we are all evolving, and the thing we should be giving to each other is love and understanding. So next time when someone gives you present that you don't like, in the form of the deeds or words that don't contain love, refuse to take them. How? Bless, send the love , and that is all you can ...
As a vegetarian I found this is not a place with many options to choose from, or with healthy food on every corner. In hotels you have self serve and always salad, pasta with oil or some rice and beans. For dessert you can always find papaya, watermelon and there are cakes but with eggs. Street food is mainly pastry based and lots of meat. Brazil is well known for their BBQ. You can see a lot of overweight people. Coffee is great on some places and they serve some small portions which they charge like big ones you pay for in Australia. Stick with the cappuccino tradicional if you don't want to be dissatisfied. At Abadiania coffee is not good in any of the shops. One lady told me they have policy to sell good coffee and to drink second best themselves. In Rio I found the great coffee shop and even bought some coffee as a souvenir. I paid 25 Reals for 250gr, which is so much more then you pay in Melbourne for the same amount. I found prices in Brazil even more or just dollar ir...
Today at the playground we met a group of kindy kids with three ladies that were looking after them. Some kids were playing around, some alone sitting aside while the majority were enjoying the activity of catching the bugs. They even brought individual little plastic containers for that. Kids were tremendously excited and proud of their bug or insect they trapped inside of the box. It was a free play so the ladies on duty were catching up with their phones, talking to each other and I was around the kids with my kid. I follow my daughter to rocks where the sad boy was sitting alone while the other one was trying to imitate the tiger and almost fell off the rock. I managed to catch him at the last moment. I was surprised none of the ladies came to see what happen. Probably they didn't even saw it. We moved to a climbing rope where there was a boy bullying others not allowing them to climb up. I came to him and asked: How would you feel if someone did that to you? He put hi...
