5 Things you can do to bring the change on Spring Equinox!

Image
It is time for change and new beginnings! Being Spring or Autumn, we feel a need for a change. I was delighted yesterday to receive  beautiful pictures from Poland my friend sent me from her travels. In the evening I got a beautiful news of my other friend started her long time wish to join the weight losing club. It is Autumn at their side of the world, and they embraced change. For us in Australia it is Spring, the time when we naturally awake for a new. Did you ever think why we feel uplifted in Spring? It is said in ancient Vedas, that Spring is a eternal season in the spiritual world. For us on the Earth, this is the time when we plant the seeds of a new growth. Awareness is everything and today, I want to help you to bring it on, for your next step. There are 4 things you can do to harness this energies to work for your new growth: 1. Planting the Garden of your Soul invites the Grace of the Angels to work in your daily life.   This focused activity demonstrates y

How to know you are in good company of people?

Have you ever been to a gathering, where everyone looked more important then you? Did you feel uplifted after or worthless? This post is about that, you and the world around you. Remember, how did you feel first time you met someone and instantly clicked with the person. Recall how do you feel among your best friends. People that are really strong, confident radiate welcoming acceptance. Since they are not " full of themselves ", they don't see you as a threat to their ego. They are natural, warm, easy to talk to and approachable. When you come to a group of people that are making you feel small is because of the huge barrier they put around themselves, to protect their mask. People that are insecure and unsure, usually put their best camouflage to look the opposite. They are most of the time energy vampires. They need energy of others to feel important.  Feeling less in themselves they need others to confirm their worth. To achieve this, they desperately wan

Fences in our lives

I didn't know my neighbor till the day of the " fence" came. Little bit unsure and defensive of what he might find he knocked on our doors. The fence was in need of change so we welcomed their suggestion. Today I saw for the first time how do we look without the fence. It looked welcoming and beautiful. Without need to hide. It reminded me of the "fence" we put to eachother in life. While other wants to open it and invite us in, we refuse and instead we put the big and even newer fence on. Why? What we are hiding and what we are afraid of? In Australia there is a special law just for fences. Here Im talking about the fence that is more then just a piece of wood. Fence that is part of our hearth and humanity. When we live somwhere or as a part of one family, society we are one heart. We depend on a goodwill and good of others. When we close the "fence" we cut this one heart in half. It is still there but not complete and unfulfilled. So today think

Why do we shout when we are angry?

Sometimes, especially before the full moon, the things stir up. No matter how good your intentions may be, someone might get upset. Then your mind gets infected by the arrows of these thoughts and your peace is gone. In those moments I usually think about, what someone that I consider much more evolved would do. The answer is always love . You do not add oil to the fire, you add love , you pray and you observe. See what is your lesson there and what you can do to change things. Visualise the pink bubble , going around the person, situation and yourself. We all see the world through our pink glasses and might think we are better or worse then other. But at the end of the day, we are all evolving, and the thing we should be giving to each other is love and understanding. So next time when someone gives you present that you don't like, in the form of the deeds or words that don't contain love, refuse to take them. How? Bless, send the love , and that is all you can
