Driving to the Sacred Waterfall Abadiania / Voznja do svetog vodopada, I...



On the second day after my intervention or spiritual surgery and after I had permission to visit, we headed to sacred waterfall. We took taxi that cost 10 Reals for both ways. It was not busy there, so we had some extra time to spend under the water. It is a very special place although the waterfall is a small one but like portal of all this cleansing energy. When I went under the waterfall I had a vision or feeling, that John the Baptist is baptizing me. I didn't know where this came from, but it was like that as I just put it.
Back at our pousada/hotel we took the photo and there was an orb in the form of a waterfall just in front of my nose!
The sacred Waterfall is a very special place. You may only visit there if you have a prescription from John of God. You may also go along with someone who has a prescription for more than one person as long as you adhere to all stipulations specific to that prescription (i.e. in some cases all must have had a crystal bed session before going etc.). Sometimes a prescription is given for someone to take a group of a certain number and John of God writes this number on the prescription. Men and women may not be at the waterfall together so if there are both men and women in the group using one prescription, the men, for instance, could wait at the top of the path leading to the waterfall until the women come up the path.

Instructions are posted in English and in Portuguese at the top of the path: “The waterfall is a part of the Casa de Dom Inacio. It is a sacred place where we can integrate with God, nature and the Entities. For this reason it is prohibited to take photographs, use video recorders or make tape recordings when visiting the waterfall. It is also forbidden to use candles.”

Please adhere to these rules. The waterfall area must be treated with great respect. There is a covered waiting area near the top of the path that leads to the waterfall. You may wait there if groups or people of the opposite sex are already below at the falls.

As you approach the waterfall area, stop en route to say prayers of appreciation to the Entities and Nature Spirits who watch over this special place. It is protocol to regard the waterfall area as you would a church or temple. THIS IS NOT A RECREATIONAL AREA! It is best to wear a swim suit or covering in respect of others in your group. Take turns immersing in the Fall. Respect others experience by being in quiet reverence during your stay. This is a place of prayer, inspiration and healing. The waterfall is small but offers a refreshing, steady, forceful stream of water. Do not stand in the down stream of water while another is under the Fall. Let their run-off water and energy run past you.

Be aware of others who may be waiting. Upon leaving, say a thank you prayer to all the Entities and Nature Spirits who care for this special place.

NOTE: If you have brought small children with you to the Casa for healing, it is best to ask John of God if it is appropriate for your children to visit the Sacred Waterfall.
