Madarica without Eggs and milk (Madarica bez jaja i mlijeka)
This recepie is the one my mother in law brought from her family in Bosnia. On the Island of Ugljan in Croatia where Im from in the village of Kali this cake of my mother in law is the most well known. It is that popular that she bake it for almost every village wedding! Ingredients: 600 g flour of your choice 50 g nutelex 150g sugar 1 Ts baking powde 1/2 Ts sodium bicarbonate 6-7 Tbs Toffuti or water or almond milk. Filling: If you visit some European Deli shop and buy Pudding powder you don't need this. You will just have to put powder in 500ml of water or coconut milk and boil it for few minutes. That is what I have done. I bought some German brand pudding powder.
